I used this product for two weeks and put it away and haven’t had to pick it up since. It’s been several months now. I hope the relief continues to last.

My first episode in my lower back came on election day 2008. I went to the emergency room at the local VAMC. Had severe side effects from the pain medication, but, no relief. This episode lasted about a week. This went on for a couple of years, then twice each year – late fall and early spring. Eventually the pain went to my left hip. I asked my Nurse Practitioner what did all that mean and she answered with one word – “arthritis.”

I had used this same product to treat arthritis in my left knee, left hand and left elbow in 2002 for a couple of weeks. The pain went away and never came back. So, I tried it on my back and hip. The first day – no change. Day two – very little change. On the third day I used a heating pad a couple of times each day for two days. I haven’t hurt since and that was in 2016.
